With branches in Windhoek, Swakopmund and Ongwediva only, Multichoice Namibia came under fire this week from a reader of The Namibian who lamented the lack of branches in some regions.
Writing to The Namibian, a client expressed their disasatisfaction with the fact that there is no Multichoice branch in the Omusati Region which means that subscribers have to make payments at the Ongwediva office. The client further criticises the payment methods, saying, ‘If you pay at FNB, Standard Bank or to any other institution in the area, you have to fax the receipt which is an extra cost and is a waste of time. Sometimes they cut your DSTV even though the receipt was faxed.’Claudia Blohm, Public Relations and Communications Officer at MultiChoice Namibia had this to say in response:Dear Concerned ClientMultiChoice Namibia has offices in Windhoek, Swakopmund and Ongwediva.
