RUNDU – The Namibian Police Explosives Unit regional commander here, Inspector Andrew Shilelo, has commended residents of Ndongalinena village – about 80 kilometres east of Rundu – for promptly reporting explosive devices they found in their village.

Shilelo said the villagers’ action demonstrated the usefulness of programmes that promoted awareness of dangerous explosives in the community.
