WINDHOEK – The Mayor of Windhoek, Matheus Shikongo, and the Deputy Mayor of the City of Vantaa in Finland, Aulis Pitkala, have agreed to extend the co-operation agreement between the two cities by another three years.
One of the projects funded in terms of the agreement was the Greenwell Matongo Community Library, which will be completed towards the end of next month.
