30023235 Dear Sir Incorrect Form 10s I would advise that, each month, I receive from you your Form 10, and am asked to confirm that the details of the contributions paid over to SSC are correct. At the same time, (i.e.attached to one another!), I receive your official receipt for my remittance, and the amounts on the two documents DO NOT correspond! I detail below the following examples: 1.Contributions for the period 01.08.06 to 31.08.06 – per our return N$101-70 – per your receipt no.0000556629 dated 14.09.06 N$101-70 – per your return form 10 N$ 98-56 2.Contributions for the period 01.09.06 to 30.09.06 – per our return N$100-80 – per your receipt no.Contributions for the period 01.10.06 to 31.10.06 – per our return N$ 99-00 – per your receipt no.0000573236 dated 15.11.06 N$ 99-00 – per your return form 10 N$ 98-56 As can be seen clearly from the above, different contribution payments have been made for three successive months but, on each occasion, your return form 10 reflects the same, incorrect, amount.Please take formal notice herewith that, I am NOT prepared to spend extra time and money sending corrected forms to you every month and, unless some drastic changes are made to the way you do business, it is clear that you will continue to experience the “self-enrichment” problems that appear to be an ongoing occurrence in your organisation.If these are the problems experienced by an organisation with only two employees, I hate to think what the big companies with a thousand or more employees are up against!Yours faithfully D A Winston-Smith Via e-mailAt the same time, (i.e.attached to one another!), I receive your official receipt for my remittance, and the amounts on the two documents DO NOT correspond!
