OHLTHAVER & List’s Midgard Country Estate has reopened its doors after three months of extensive renovations at the lodge.
Located in the Otjivera Mountains an hour’s drive from Windhoek, the Estate now has four conferencing venues and 46 rooms with en-suite bathrooms that can host up to 90 overnight conference delegates. Midgard also boasts ‘the largest amphitheatre in Namibia’, enhanced facilities for weddings and other private functions, and various indoor and outdoor activities for individuals or teams, including mountain climbing, game drives, bowling, tennis, swimming, a gym and a sauna.Commenting on Midgard’s new look, Managing Director Shepherd Chinoi said: ‘We have taken it to new heights, offering you a fantastic country estate with individual charm, ambience, and flexibility to suit your needs as well as exceptional customer service. We are extremely proud of Midgard Country Estate and I invite all potential visitors – Namibians and foreigners alike – to come and enjoy the Estate in its new splendour.’
