NAMIBIAN pugilist Vikapita Meroro recorded a personal record when he unceremoniously ousted Zimbabwe’s Edward Nhundu in only 56 seconds in the first round of their middleweight professional fight in Windhoek on Saturday night.

In other fights, Teofelus Jitaleni lost on points to Gottlieb Ndokosho in their light welterweight fight, while Abraham Ndaedapo also won on points when he beat Joseph Katenda in the junior lightweight fight.
