Mentally ill man killed in shooting

A MENTALLY disturbed man, Simon Shirongo Linyando (21), was shot dead by a security guard at a petrol station at Shitemo Wholesale, about 100 km out of Rundu, on Tuesday night.

According to the Ndiyona Police, the deceased attempted to damage the petrol pump and one shot was allegedly fired from a shotgun by the Komesho Komesho (25).
