An article published under the headline ‘Young people will never win elections – Mbumba’, on the front page of The Namibian yesterday incor- rectly created the impression that vice president Nangolo Mbumba was referring to young people in general. Mbumba was in fact referring to some young people who, he said, have established political parties based on tribes, regionalism and ethnicity, and who he said would not win elections.
