Matter Of Fact: ‘Knife stuck in Walvis man for months’

IN The Namibian’s 17 April edition, it was incorrectly stated in a report headlined ‘Knife stuck in Walvis man for months’ that a patient was left with part of a knife stuck in his back after a medical procedure at Welwitschia Hospital at Walvis Bay. The patient had been admitted at a different medical facility, and not at Welwitschia Hospital. The error is regretted and we apologise to Welwitschia Hospital for any inconvenience caused.
