Management cause of Unam demise

Management cause of Unam demise

SEVERAL philosophers have said it’s better to fight within than to fight from a distance but how can you fight if you have nowhere to hit? I think research needs to be done to see where the main crises of Unam are coming from – management or within the Unam staff?

If you have been to Unam last year and come to Unam this year you will notice what I’m talking about, e.g. the ever-slow Unam Internet-accessing computers in the library are no longer in use! If you visit the Unam lecture halls (except LH1 and 2) you won’t even think you are in a University. Most of the chairs are broken; there are no air conditioners in the lecture halls! If you come to the hostel you will be shocked to see only three to five TV sets (not DStv) – no access to news – how can you equip future leaders without keeping them up to date? I think all these problems arise from Unam management. They are not serving students and equipping them to prepare them for working towards a better Namibia.Monstrous Via e-mailthe ever-slow Unam Internet-accessing computers in the library are no longer in use!
