THE Police at Omungwelume are looking for a man who ran away after a shooting at Ofaitumbo village in the Ohangwena Region on Wednesday evening.
Willem Mbinga (25) was shot dead with a shotgun, while Amon Nghishongwa (25) was wounded in the incident.
