A MAN claiming to have acted in self-defence when he was allegedly attacked by eight people has been arrested for firing a gun and injuring one of his alleged assailants.
Mathews Amunyela was reportedly on his way to work at 05h45 last Saturday when the gang apparently tried to rob him.
