POLICE at Oshakati are investigating a case of attempted murder after Festus Kashilipo (19) was stabbed with an Oshiwambo traditional knife (omukonda) in the chest when a quarrel turned violent.
The Police reported in their daily crime bulletin that the incident occurred on Friday at the Uupindindi settlement in the Oshakati area.
