A 38-year-old man identified as Elia Hamukwaya allegedly killed himself after killing his girlfriend at Ehafo village in the Okaku constituency last week Friday, the police say.
According to the police, a kitchen knife which is suspected to have been used to stab
the deceased was found next to Hamukwaya’s right hand.
“It is alleged that the two deceased persons were seen the previous night at a cucashops in the location together. Both families have been informed and the bodies were transported to the Oshakati Police Mortuary,” the police say.
