Man killed in stabbing at Omusati cuca shop

A 31-year-old man has died after being stabbed with a knife outside a cuca shop at a village in the Omusati region on Saturday evening.

A suspect, also aged 31, was arrested following the incident at Otamanzi, a village in Omusati, the police reported on Sunday.

The police identified the victim as Titus Nambala, and reported that he died at the scene where he had been stabbed in the chest.

The police also said his next of kin have been informed of his death.

The knife with which he was stabbed was found in the suspect’s possession, the police reported as well.

A police investigation is continuing.
