A MAN died moments after casting his vote at the Amunganda polling station, near Ondangwa, yesterday morning.
The Councillor for Ondangwa Constituency, Ismael Uugwanga, said the deceased was identified as Jefrinu Jorsindu from Ontanga village, in the Oshana Region.
