GOBABIS – Police at Gobabis have arrested a 44-year-old man for allegedly raping a four-year-old girl at Otjinene last Saturday.
The Police spokesperson in the Omaheke Region, Sergeant Michael Matengu, said that the matter was reported to the Police after the parents of the rape victim noticed that she was finding it difficult to walk.
