Man accused of raping teen stepdaughter

A MAN appeared in the Rundu Magistrate’s Court on Monday accused of raping his stepdaughter, the Police reported on Wednesday.

Paulus Kandjeke (44) allegedly sexually molested the 15-year-old girl at Epingiro village on June 25.
