Local dam levels low

WITH the end of the rainy season already in sight, the levels of Namibia’s main dams are much lower than they were at the same time last year, according to the latest NamWater dam bulletin.

The Von Bach Dam, which provides water to central Namibia, is only 54,3 per cent full compared to last year’s 96,5 per cent.
