Rapper Kendrick Lamar has called off his upcoming tour of South Africa so he can hit the road with Kanye West.
The star had been due to play a series of dates in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town in November, but he has now axed the gigs after he was given the chance to join West’s North American tour.
Lamar will open for West when his Yeezus shows kick off in October, and he will go to South Africa early next year to play the rescheduled dates, according to Timeslive.co.za.
