Keetmanshoop to get tough with water hustlers

KEETMANSHOOP – The Municipality of Keetmanshoop is concerned about the increase in the illegal tapping of water at the town.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jerry Shangadi, recently told business people at the town that the municipality was looking into ways and means to curb the practice.
