A girl (16) was allegedly raped by her father in the Kavango West region last week.
The suspect was arrested on Tuesday morning when he allegedly attempted to flee to Angola.
Kavango West police regional chief inspector Raimbeth Muronga confirmed the incident.
The suspect is expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
Police investigations continue.
