Kavango East defeated host region Omaheke 4-2 in a penalty shootout to book a place in the final showdown.
Omaheke was leading right into the final minutes of the second half, only for substitute Corne Johandre de Waal to net home a clinical equaliser that resulted in a penalty shootout.
Omusati pulled off a narrow 1-0 victory over Oshikoto to secure a spot in the final, having collected maximum points in the group stages matches.
Many anticipate an entertaining final as both sides are eager to seize the coveted trophy.
Oshikoto will face host region Omaheke in the third-place playoff on Monday.
