The City of Windhoek has announced the temporary closure of the municipal swimming pool situated between Khomasdal and Katutura.
According to a statement released on the city’s social media channels, the closure is for essential maintenance and repairs and comes into effect immediately, with no specified reopening date for the swimming pool.
The city also announced that the municipal swimming pool in the Olympia area of Windhoek reopened on Friday, 1 September.
The Olympia swimming pool will be open to the public on weekdays, from Mondays to Thursdays, from 10h00 to 19h00.
Over weekends, the swimming pool is open from Fridays to Sundays, between 10h00 and 18h00.
