High Court Acting Judge Moses Chinhengo this morning declined to grant a further remand in the Fishrot trial because of the unavailability of lawyer Florian Beukes due to illness.
He similarly declined to grant former attorney general and justice minister Sakeus Shanghala an opportunity to move his section 319 application for a special review.
The judge ordered the trial to proceed with taking of pleas.
