JHI grows Nam footprint

JOHANNESBURG – Property services group JHI’s subsidiary in Namibia, Gensec Namibia, has been awarded the property management contract for Vukile Property Fund’s extensively refurbished landmark A-grade office and retail complex, BPI House in Windhoek’s CBD.

This brings JHI’s Namibian property management portfolio to 16 buildings spread across five property owners, of which Vukile Property Fund is the single largest client.
