Jacobs’s fate still undecided

THE KARAS Regional Council Management Committee Chairman, Toivo Nambala, on Wednesday refuted reports in the Afrikaans daily that the Council’s Chief Regional Officer, Salmaan Jacobs, is off the hook on allegations of corruption.
