THE defending champion in the Old Mutual Victory Race Series, Reinholdt Iita, has been ruled out of the first race scheduled in Oshakati tomorrow because of a case of the flu that he picked up in Botswana last week.

Iita, who was part of the Namibia Defence Force (NDF) athletic team that participated in the military games in Botswana, has been booked off from taking part in any athletic event for 14 days.
