Hitchhikers cautioned

BAGANI – A Khwe community leader in west Caprivi, Benny Ngombara, has warned people to be careful when accepting lifts from strangers.

He issued the warning after an incident last week when a schoolboy from Chetto settlement reportedly narrowly escaped death.
