Hip hop artist Catty Cat hospitalised

NAMIBIAN hip hop artist Catty Cat has been admitted to Katutura hospital.

A close friend, who declined to be named, confirmed that the rapper had been hospitalised. He also declined to give official comment out of respect for the family. He said that those close to Catty Catt are going through a tough time. “It’s not really my place to comment right now but we are going through a tough time as friends and family. We will continue to pray for him.”

The cause of his hospitalisation is unknown, but he is believed to have been in and out of hospital recently. Fans have been flooding the artist’s Facebook page with get-well wishes and prayers, while the hip hop community is rallying behind him. His family are said to have asked the public to respect their privacy while thanking them for their support.
