HANSINA Hinda was the overall winner of the sixth Windhoek Lager Monthly Medley golf tournament that took place at the Windhoek Golf and Country Club over the weekend.
A total of 22 players competed in the Medal competition while another 22 competed in the Stableford competition.
Hinda showed her male counterparts how it’s done as she won the Medal competition with a gross score of 90 and a nett score of 66.
Wessel Louw junior won the A division with a gross score of 80 and a nett score of 71, followed by George Vink (80 and 72) and Wessel Louw (85 and 76).
Sakkie Matheus won the B division with a gross score of 82 and a nett score of 71, followed by Paul Adkins (88 and 72) and Boris Erasmus (88 and 73).
Fanie Oosthuizen won the C division with a gross score of 91 and a nett score of 74, followed by Toady Gurirab (96 and 77) and Claud Abrahams (106 and 89).
Charlie Lohmann won the Junior division with a gross score of 87 and a nett score of 73.
Aden Beukes won the Stableford competition with a gross score of 89 and 37 points, followed by Coen van Graan (91 and 37) and Paulus Sifonono (85 and 36).
This coming weekend the Windhoek Golf and Country Club will only host an Individual Stableford club competition due to the Northern Open being held in Tsumeb.
