OPUWO – The Chief Health Programmes Administrator in the Ministry of Health and Social Services at Opuwo, Alma Akpabio, appeared in the Opuwo Magistrate’s Court on Thursday on several charges, including assault.

Akpabio (35) is the wife of the Chief Medical Doctor of the Kunene region, Dr Ebong Akpabio.
