Hailulu new NHE boss

FORMER City of Windhoek CEO Vinson Hailulu has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of the National Housing Enterprise (NHE).

Hailulu, who takes over from Mike Kavekotora, will take up the position on the first of next month.
