THE African Championships for Rhythmic and Artistic Gymnastics, as well as Trampoline and Tumbling, will be taking centre stage in Cape Town, South Africa, at the end of this month.
Namibia will be represented by Tamarin van Rhyn from Ocean View Gymnastics Club in Swakopmund in the individual senior category, and by Nicole Bierbach and Mirja Stoldt.
