THE newly completed Gutenberg Plaza commercial complex in the core of the Windhoek CBD and developed by the United Africa Group is set to commence its second phase costing an additional several million dollars to spruce up the present Gutenberg Platz shopping arcade.
Architects Jaco Wasserfall who designed the new five-story commercial complex, are busy drawing up plans for the adjacent Gutenberg Platz walkway to give it a face-lift in keeping with the rest of the building.
