A 16-YEAR-OLD boy is dead, and a girl of the same age has been arrested on a charge of murder, after a knife turned an argument into a deadly incident at Hardap on Friday evening.
A Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Christopher Munyika, said that Jeremia Shikongo Kuume died after a had stabbed him in the chest at the Hardap resort at about 23h45 on Friday.
