The Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF) has appointed Tulimeke Munyika to its board of trustees.
She replaces Namibia Green Hydrogen Programme legal head Roswitha Gomachas.
Munyika brings a wealth of expertise having served as former chairperson of the Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) board and director of the Namibia Students Financial Assistant Fund (NSFAF) board.
She is currently serving as the deputy executive director for immigration control and citizenship at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security and has recently been appointed by the ministry as chief of immigration.
Munyika holds LLM, LLB and B Juris qualifications and is also an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court.
