Four Ondangwa women arrested for ‘doctoring’ customers’ quotes

Four women at Ondangwa were arrested over the weekend on charges of fraud and stealing money from their employer.

The suspects, aged between 23 and 30, who were all employed at Tianyauan Trading CC at Ondangwa Square Mall, are alleged to have stolen N$394 381 between January 2024 and June 2025.

“It is alleged that the suspects tampered with customers’ quotations for their personal financial gain without obtaining authorisation from the owner,” a report issued by national police spokesperson deputy commissioner Kauna Shikwambi says.

Investigations into the matter continue.
