Four men, one woman take their lives at weekend

Four men and a woman allegedly took their own lives over the weekend.

Among the four men is Kalumbu Nahole (31) from Iindjinda village in the Oshana region, who died on Friday.

His body has been transported to the Oshakati police mortuary for a post-mortem examination.

No suicide note was left behind, and Nahole’s next of kin have been informed of the incident.

In another incident, Simon Bango took his life at Freedomland in Windhoek, also on Friday.

No suicide note was left, and his next of kin have been informed.

Atlas Kangoma (38) took his life at Arandis in the early hours of Saturday.

His body has been transported to the Walvis Bay police mortuary for a post-mortem examination.

Again, no suicide note was left, and Kangoma’s next of kin have been informed of his death.

On the same day, Noicolla Jazama (36) took her life in Windhoek.

She left a note behind, and her next of kin have been informed of the incident.

An man took his life at Okaunde B village in the Oshikoto region on Saturday.

It is suspected that he was in his early 30s.
