THE Police at Outapi have reported that four people died instantly when a Toyota bakkie collided with a lorry on the main road between Outapi and Tsandi in the Omusati Region on Monday morning.
According to Inspector Israel Hango, the bakkie was carrying eight people and the lorry two.
