WINDHOEK – The case of former Outapi Prosecutor Stanley Nakale and two other court officials charged with fraud and forgery resumed in the High Court yesterday.

At the time of the alleged offences, Nakale (31), senior legal clerk Charmaine Izaaks (37), and 23-year-old legal clerk Kingsley Gwala worked for the Justice Ministry at the Outapi Magistrate’s Court in the Omusati Region.
