Former ‘Idol’ star Clay welcomes a son

LOS ANGELES – Former ‘American Idol’ runner-up Clay Aiken, who has gone onto a singing career, said his “dear friend”, music producer Jaymes Foster, gave birth on Friday to a son fathered by Aiken.
