First National Bank Namibia (FNB) has appointed Kirsty Watermeyer as its new communications manager from 1 January.
The bank says Watermeyer was chosen due to her vast experience in communications, media and public relations.
The former ‘Good Morning Namibia’ and ‘Tupopyeni’ host has spent her career so far founding a communications consultancy, developing internationally awarded radio and television communications platforms, working in newsrooms as a radio presenter, and writing for print publications, including FlyNamibia and Travel Namibia.
“I look forward to building on the bank’s strong legacy and enhancing its presence through impactful, strategic and meaningful communication,” Watermeyer says.
