Five trial-awaiting prisoners escape

FIVE trial-awaiting prisoners escaped from the Keetmanshoop Police cells after sawing through security bars during the early hours of Thursday.

Karas Regional Commander Josephat Abel yesterday confirmed the jailbreak.
