Five arrested for illegal harvesting of timber

RUNDU – Three cases of illegal harvesting of timber have been reported in the Kavango Region in the past two weeks.

In the latest incident, five men were caught red-handed by forestry officials while illegally chopping down 50 trees valued at more than N$60 000.
