Five arrested for alleged licence scam

THREE staff members of the Roads Authority and two “middlemen” have been arrested over in connection with irregular issuing of driving and learners’ licences and roadworthy certificates.

Police swooped on the suspects following an undercover investigation, the company announced yesterday.
