Fistball goes into third round

THE third round of the national fistball league will take place at the SKW Field in Olympia this weekend.

The matches will start at 08h30. In the National A league, the top game will be between the two archrivals from Windhoek, Cohen and SKW.Both teams are heading the log and are on the same points.It will be the first game of the day and will have a huge effect on the outcome of the league, as the winner will take a clear advantage into the rest of the season.SKW will have another tricky game against a rejuvenated Swakopmund side.Both SKW teams in the National B league will try to extend their lead over a strong Cohen side and stay unbeaten on the day, to try and clinch a points advantage.On Sunday morning, the under-18 and under-14 youth leagues will be played.Also on Saturday, the national men’s team will be announced.
