When selection processes are opaque and outcomes appear predictable along ethnic lines, trust in national institutions is eroded.
Namibia belongs to all its people.
Training opportunities, especially in critical sectors like healthcare, must be allocated fairly, transparently, and on merit. Silence and inconsistency only fuel suspicion and division.
