I’M a Namibian studying at Belvedere, Harare. I’m worried about the Independence celebrations held here by the Namibian High Commission at the local hotel known as the Sheraton.
These people enjoy themselves at a local first class hotel but never invited us to have a good time with them and experience together the moment of silence for the brothers and sisters who lost their lives during the time of the struggle. Nor did they send to us the speech of the Hon. President – which we were hungry to listen to.Honourable Chief of Protocol or the Officer who was responsible for the annual arrangement of this celebration.Know that you locked us out of such celebrations, or else if not you, then the Namibian High Commissioner in Zimbabwe.I hope this error will be addressed for a future event.MT Hango Belvedere, HarareNor did they send to us the speech of the Hon.
