Eritrea gets US$20,3m for education

TUNIS – The African Development Fund, the African Development Bank’s (AfDB) soft lending arm, has lent Eritrea US$20,38 million (N$126,4 million) to finance an education scheme, AfDB said yesterday.

Eritrea also got a US$7,53 million grant to complement the financing of the same project involving the construction of 349 new classrooms to improve access to basic and secondary education, it added.
